Sura Magnets supplies permanent magnets to more than 800 large and small clients active in a number of industrial sectors in many countries worldwide. We deliver over 600 different products to customers in the Nordic countries, Europe and the United States.
Having supplied the product our work is far from over. We put much effort into offering continuous customer service and support as well as continually improving our own methods and procedures. We aim to be flexible when fulfilling the requirements of our customers regarding specific deliveries and the production and development of prototypes.
Delivery Precision
We at Sura Magnets are continually measuring our own and our suppliers’ levels of delivery precision. Deviations are registered and investigated there by continuously improving our service and quality. We have a large number of articles in stock for prompt delivery.
Technical Support
Sura Magnets offers an extensive technical support which means that our customers can feel both safe in their specific purchases but also know that help is available if the need arises.
During product development, we provide specialist knowledge and specialist services within the field of magnetic calculations, magnetisation and measurements. The magnet design is simulated and verified using 2D and 3D software with Finite Element Analysis (FEA). Sura Magnets will also suggest design modifications in order to increase cost effectiveness.
We design magnetising fixtures with high pole density and are able to create complex magnetic patterns. In production we use modern measuring machines and measuring fixtures for checking and measuring dimensions and magnetic strength. Sura Magnets also supplies measuring equipment and offers training courses in magnet technology to our customers.
Development of new products
When the need for a new product is established, Sura Magnets works together with the client’s design department to develop a new magnet and system which fulfils the specific requirements. Our work methods are project-orientated and cross-functional. We have the means and resources to produce prototypes and moulding tools at short notice.
